The Sleep On Latex mattress is made of Dunlop latex, organic wool, and organic cotton. The 9 inch mattress has a 6 inch Dunlop latex support layer and a 2 inch Dunlop latex comfort layer with a 1 inch quilted wool and organic cotton cover. The 7 inch mattress has one 6 inch Dunlop latex layer and a 1 inch quilted wool and organic cotton cover.

Sleep Trial

Sleep On Latex mattresses have a 100 night sleep trial. During this period, you can return your mattress for a full refund. The mattress including mattress cores will be picked up for free and your refund or exchange will be processed once the item has been picked up and takes up to five business days.

You can choose to exchange your mattress for another mattress. If you want to make an exchange, your refund will be applied as a credit toward a different item.

Customers can only return or exchange one item in a 12 month period. Additional shipping costs paid for international shipping, expedited shipping, shipping to Hawaii or Alaska, or additional charges for custom sized items will not be refunded or used as a credit toward an exchange.

Warranty

Sleep On Latex offers a 10 year warranty on all mattresses. For the full 10 year warranty, Sleep On Latex will repair or replace mattresses with defects. Customers will be required to pay for transportation charges under the warranty repair or replacement.

The warranty covers indentations deeper than one inch and cracks or splits in the foam that significantly impact the mattress performance. The warranty does not cover user abuse, including using the mattress with a lack of proper support or improperly handling the mattress. Burns, spills, bodily fluids and other damage are not covered. Indentations less than one inch are not covered, and subjective comfort dissatisfaction is not covered.

The Sleep On Latex warranty only applies to original new mattress owners. Mattresses that are resold will not be repaired or replaced under the warranty. And mattresses sold as final or as is models are not covered by the warranty.

Shipping

Sleep On Latex mattresses are rolled up, compressed, and wrapped in plastic, then placed in a corrugated box and delivered to your doorstep via FedEx, UPS, USPS, or Main Freight. All items are shipped within five business days of receiving the order and will typically be delivered within 10 days of ordering.

Shipping is free to the contiguous 48 states. Paid shipping is available to Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada. Expedited shipping is available for an additional charge.

Sleep On Latex does not require a signature for delivery, but can do so if you request it. Most mattresses do not require an adult to be home to accept the delivery, however, the King 9 inch medium and firm mattresses are shipped via a residential freight service and will require delivery coordination.

You will receive an email with your shipment tracking number when a label has been created and you can inquire about estimated shipping time before ordering your mattress. Specific shipping requests will be accommodated when possible.

Sleep On Latex mattresses range in weight from 60 pounds for the Twin 7 inch soft mattress to 195 pounds for the King 9 inch firm mattress. The mattress box can be heavy and difficult to move, so you may need two people to move some of the larger Sleep On Latex mattresses.
